Magnat Homme - Our Rendition of Aventus by Creed

Mangat Homme is everything that a perfume is supposed to be. Smell wonderful, classic yet stylish, dress up or dress down, all year round, day or night, casual or formal, extremely versatile, and have stellar performance. What more you could ask for… really, it’s a picture-perfect fragrance. As far as smell goes, it starts with a juicy fresh pineapple accord (bergamot brings that fresh aspect of pineapple I believe) with black current, there is a hint of smoky birch tar in the background. The freshness of pineapple slowly fades during the dry down, but some pineapple sweetness still lingers until the end. At this stage, I can smell more birch tar which gives a masculine leather accord. And a hint of oakmoss and ambergris as well with a fleeting rose note in the background. The smell in the air (silage) is gorgeous. Aventus has a generally likable scent profile without being too mainstream, and have an adequate complexity to satisfy niche fans.
